I can no longer view videos stored on my computer- what to do?

I'm using an old Acer Chromebook. I clicked on the top of the video screen where it says "Open with". I tried figuring out the options- downloaded something, but I honestly don't know what to do. I Happy to provide more info if needed. (There's a dance video that I need to take a still from for an article I'm writing, so eager to figure this out!)
