Need Forensics tool experience

Hi Everyone, I'm new to the computer Forensic and what ever job posting that I come across says I need experience in Encoder, Arcsignt and other closed source Forensic apps... So does any one how I can "obtain" copy of these software... So that I can get an exposure to the software?
