Computer "boots" but no display or signal to monitor.

Hey guys, my computer which was fine like 3 hours ago decide to throw a temper tantrum. The computer seems to boot as-in doesn't shut itself off. However, the gpu fans take turns spinning and my gpu doesn't have the capability of turning it's fans off. Any help would be appreciated.
CPU: i7 6700k Ram: G-Skill Ripjaws V GPU: PNY GTX 1060
