Computeer stuck on automatic repair then freezes

Hi, so my pc froze and crashed a few days ago and whenever I try to switch it back on, all that happens is that it says that it’s gonna do an automatic repair but it freezes after 5 seconds and so I have to do a hard reset and it continues. How do I fix this?
Specs: i5-6400 with stock intel fan H170 M3 Motherboard MSI Armor GTX 1060 6gb 16gb RAM 2133Mhz Coolermaster 550 watt psu
