Hello, so a while I installed a screen recorder app. It's called Icecream Screen Recorder, not long after I didn't like it and Uninstalled it. Or so I thought.

Recently I was going through the open apps where the up arrow is at the bottom left, where skype, utorrent, etc. are when they're open in the background. I found an icon I was mnt familiar with and saw it was the icecream recorder app. So I went to "add or remove peogram" to remove it(which I had done before) and I am getting this.

The setting was to start on startup I just turned that off, along with check for updates.

Once I did that I went to see if I could find thr application on my PC to remove, and got the following image.

It shows the app on screen, the search in my PC folders, and the add or remove program search for it. Nothing appears, but from the app running in front of me, it is clearly still installed, how?

PS sorry for the blurry picture, my camera got damaged at work so it doesn't work as good anymore.
