Need help with a monitor issue

My screen keeps doing this, Iām not sure why. What issue is this and what can I do to resolve it? The screen has these lines that appear to stutter, It occasionally happens but Iām not sure as to why it does, it goes back to normal but again stutters randomly. Please, need help
