looking to upgrade my GPU

nothing major or to expensive. but a 12gb vram would be nice as i only have 4 right now. but still play warzone smoothly at 80 fps
i’ve been looking at the 6700xt for around 300-325USD$
would there be another gpu that’s a better bang for my buck? what’s your suggestions.
i’ll be upgrading my psu to an 850w as i currently have 450w.
i run i7-10700k radeon 5500 HD 4GB 16Gb ram 500gb NVme 450w power supply.
