So. I'm just starting. Waiting for meds to arrive. I've been reading a lot on here to listen to peoples experiences. Protein keeps coming up to the top of the list. Right now my CW 215. Looking to lose 30. Being male I am told 100-120g protein is a min as it is, let alone being on meds. So are people needing double their "required" amount? Any thoughts/experiences are welcome. Thank you. 😊
