Tips for compost containing lots of wood chips and twigs?
Post Body

I had a lot of trees I was taking out a few months ago and I put some of the scraps from cutting them down in my bin.

I'm thinking of sprinkling some tree stump remover (potasium nitrate) to speed up the breakdown of the wood as well as add some nitrogen to the final product. Is this a bad idea?
