An old nakiri. This japanese steel stays sharp chopping through tough plant fibers. Paired it with a salvaged mango tree board and a 600 grit diamond plate. Thoroughly enjoying processing through banana peels, fruit rinds, vegetable stalks, overripe stuff, old leaves, brown paper, corrugated board, etc. This sits beside my mini pile and really speeds up the compost production.
