They set the rules and the pace of how things that they want to go the way they wanted to go but when you ask for help you get people who volunteer so they can make fun of people and say stupid things. Unfortunately even under complaints Reddit does not allow us to copy and paste examples of what's really going on if the administrators would pay closer attention to the people who are volunteering supposedly as expert help who actually ridicule us put us down and go as far as making fun of us.
