Hey everyone. I've been thinking of coming back to where I grew up from Calgary. I have a few questions I'm seeking some answers for.

Where is the best place to find rentals? Either a small 1bd suite with a garage, a garage with a loft or a small commercial lease to start-up an automotive repair shop.

Where would, and wouldn't you reccomend an experienced certified automotive technician to seek work? Personal experience with successful or unsuccessful relationships you have had with them.

Would you say there is a need for a small automotive repair start up in the Valley? A niche needing to be filled?

Are there any clubs or groups where someone could learn how to sail? I'm very willing to work and help, I'm not looking for a Yacht vacation.
