A few years ago my wife and I were visiting NYC with her sister and husband, and while waiting in line for the boat to Liberty Island this annoying guy was talking loudly on the phone behind me. I turned around and thought, “That guy looks like Abed from Community.” I then did a double take and went, “Holy sh** that’s Abed from Community.” I was starstruck and didn’t want to bother him, and later saw him on the boat and again didn’t want to bug him, but I know regret not actually meeting him. But I will say I got a picture with him! I took a nonchalant selfie while we were waiting in line.
