Remember when Pierce is watching the making of the old Hawthorne Wipes commercial? We see a hired actor playing Pierce and the real Pierce is just shoved off to the side.
What if.... the Pierce we know (Chevy) is actually the actor. And the reason why he was so obsessed with being the center of attention is because his acting career went nowhere.
So the gang gets together to find the real Pierce. In typical Greendale fashion they eventually find him. And who is going to play the real Pierce?.... Bill Murray!
The ultimate middle finger to Chevy while keeping Pierce alive.
