Welcome to my commission sheet! You'll find my prices and a few short samples in the infographic above, and more detailed information on my policies below. If you're looking for roleplay commissions only, feel free to skip past the Writing Commissions section. If you have any questions on my policies, please send me a note. Terms of Service

Writing Commissions

Communication Policy

I prefer that communication regarding commissions be conducted over Discord. I ask that you provide your Discord ID in a reddit DM when requesting a commission. If it is spelled incorrectly or otherwise does not work, I will send you a DM back with my own Discord ID. If for whatever reason you cannot use Discord, I may communicate with you via reddit DMs, but please be aware that I may not get back to you quite as fast as I would on Discord.

If for whatever reason I cannot get in touch with you during the writing process for an extended period of time, I will halt work on your commission until I hear from you again. If one month (30 days) passes without any contact, I will attempt to communicate with you one more time before discarding your commission. No refunds will be provided.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment will be conducted via PayPal. A PayPal.me link will be provided for ease of access.

Full payment is expected upfront for all charges, with the exception of extra fees, which may be paid after receiving the final draft. Additional payment may be required if I go 500 words over the initial limit for the amount you paid. I will discuss this with you and whether you'd prefer to trim it down if at all possible, or pay the extra charge.

Full refunds will only be provided if for whatever reason I cannot even start your commission for two full weeks (14 days). Once you have received the link to the in-progress Google Doc, you are no longer eligible for a refund. Most commissions will be finished promptly.

Editing Policy

I will write my initial draft in Google Docs. I will send you a link to the in-progress document as soon as I feel I have a good handle on the direction I'm taking the writing, and from there, you can view real-time as I work on the piece. Any edits made during this process are free.

When we are both happy with the finished project, I will declare the draft final and any additional fees (for privacy or such) will be collected. After which point, you may request up to three edits for free. From the fourth edit on, you'll be subject to the Extensive Editing fee ($10 USD per edit).

Roleplay Commissions

Prices

I have two packages - please select the package that most closely matches your own ability, as I can only write as much as you do. If I feel I am consistently struggling to meet the word count, I will ask you if you'd like to downgrade packages. Package type is not a guarantee that every post will be this length, just an indication of average post length. All new clients will be expected to pay one post at a time for the first three posts (as a trial period), after which they may choose to pay up to 5, 10, or 20 posts in advance.

Package A - 300~ Words per post

1 Post - $3 USD

5 Posts - $15 USD

10 Posts - $30 USD

20 Posts $60 USD

Package B - 600~ Words per post

1 Post - $6 USD

5 Posts - $30 USD

10 Posts - $60 USD

20 Posts $120 USD

Extra Fees

Extensive Editing - $10 USD per Edit

Fixing typos and grammar mistakes is always free. The first three major edits are also free, but the fourth edit on will cost $10 per edit. Editing fees are calculated per roleplay, not per post.

Privacy - $7 USD per Roleplay

I will always ask for permission before posting your writing online. You do not need to pay for anonymity, nor for your writing to remain private. This fee applies to those who do not wish me to post samples of my own replies anywhere. I will always inform my clients before I post anything I have written for our roleplay.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment will be conducted via PayPal. A PayPal.me link will be provided for ease of access.

Full payment is expected upfront for all charges, with the exception of extra fees, which may be paid as needed. If you purchase Package A and consistently write over 600 words per post, I may ask you to upgrade to Package B so I can match your length. I will discuss this with you and whether you'd prefer to attempt to trim your posts down if at all possible, or pay the extra charge. The reverse applies if you are purchasing Package B and I am consistently struggling to meet the 600 words per post because you are writing less than that.

If for whatever reason I must drop a roleplay, a full refund will be provided for any posts I haven't written yet. This means that if you paid for 10 posts, and I only delivered 5, I will refund you for the other five posts. No refunds will be provided for posts already delivered under any circumstances.

Writing Sample Policy

I expect writing samples from all new clients to ensure that we can write well together and get an estimate of your typical word count. Writing samples should be one of your posts from a previous roleplay. If you cannot provide a recent sample from a previous roleplay for whatever reason, please mention this in your initial note and we can work something out on a case-by-base basis.

Platform Policy

I will write roleplays on the following platforms: Discord, deviantArt Notes, RPNation (PMs or Public Threads), or Google Docs. I will also conduct OOC communication on any of these platforms, but my preference for OOC communication is Discord.

When you request a commission from me, please be sure to include your preferred name, Discord ID, desired commission type and word count/package, and a brief (1-5 sentence) summary of your idea in the initial message. If you would like your piece or roleplay to remain anonymous (free), or private (as per Privacy Fee), please also state this in your initial message. In the case of roleplay commissions, also include your preferred platform and writing sample. This just helps speed up the process, and keeps all the essential information I need in one place.
