At this point i'm so determined to make it happen that i'm about willing to just yank out a loan and fly myself out to alaska with absolutely nothing just to try to pave a way into this industry, I live in Ohio and don't really know where to look. It's crazy to say that i've been trying to get into this for two years and just kind of had to give up a bit when my daughter was born because otherwise we wouldn't have had any money. I've called a few places that do processing but a lot of them were just one man shows. If I was to get into this industry at all how can I go about doing it? I don't have any experience i'll just put that out there but my will for doing it passes anything. I'm a hard working guy, right now I work 60 hours a week at a steel forge. Should I jump the gun and just leave or does anyone have any recommendations? Where should I start? I signed up for alaska fishing jobs website but it hasnt done me much good.
