Noob Question on SED
Post Body
I have this part of a shell script:
do
name=`basename $pdb .pdb`
crvfile="$name".crv
sed -i back ':<s:DA:> A:;s:DC: C:;s:DG: G:;s:DT: T:g' $pdb && ~/mnt/a/Molecular_Dynamics/1BNA_Gromacs_Run/NPT200.3/MultilplePDBs/Cur5 < $crvfile && rm $pdb"back"
done
Where Cur5 is some executable file. I have no idea why it says "back" after -i, and I get this message when I try to run it:
sed: can't find label for jump to `ack'
Taking out the word doesn't help.
