In accordance with the only opinion we got when we asked for user input for the flair policy we have now implemented emoji user flairs. The unfortunate side effect is that it is no longer possible to have custom text. This is due to new reddit's inability to have some custom emojis mod only and we want to keep the EA flair exclusive to verified EA employees for easy distinction on all platforms. Those of you that have custom text at this moment will be grandfathered in and if you would like custom text in your flair feel free to send us modmail asking for it.

On another note /u/smurfbizkit's banner headers proved to be by far the most popular design so they have now been implemented on both new reddit and mobile. And those of you who use new reddit will have noticed that a few days ago the sidebar from old reddit with its aging collection of useful links has been implemented on the redesign as well.
