Crazy lag and bad graphics

I downloaded the "updated" version of RA3 and it's unplayable. It's there a fix for the graphics? It will only allow 800X600 and I have a 49 ultrawide. Then the other issue is that it lags so bad it's completely unplayable. For reference I have an i9 128gb ram and a RTX4080.
