So I've been hunting around and I've hit the jackpot on a couple of local comic book stores.

The Infinite Crisis Omnibus is still sealed, except for a rip in the shrinkwrap in the bottom right corner. Besides that, it's still sealed and the shrinkwrap is pretty tight. Pictures Here

Incognito Classified Edition I bought one since they had two and I wanted one for myself, but there's another there.

However, the store was pleased I spent so much money there, and is willing to hold anything for me I want. Here's what they have and I can go pick it up as soon as a couple of weeks when I'm back up there:
