A Must read:Cosmic Ghost Rider destroys the Marvel Universe. A love letter to all the bad Marvel storyline throughout the years.
Post Body

Do yourself a favour, if you have a spare $20, and buy the graphic novel of Cosmic Ghost Rider destroys the Marvel Universe. As tongue-in-cheek as the Deadpool series "Deadpool destroys....", the series follows Frank Castle from the future, where he has died, been bought back as a Ghost Rider, then made one of Galactus's Hearlds and then finally enslaved by Thanos, only to be killed again, bought to Valhalla by Odin and sent back to the past - yeah. So Frank is understandably a little nutty and insane.

You meet Frank when he shows up at husband familiy's hike, the day before they are all killed, as he tries to both save them and correct the mistakes of his past by telling stories of his adventures, from fighting in World War 2 (a good time to be had ), to helping found the fantastic Four to being Spidermans mentor....what the what?!?

The whole story is a love letter to all the cringe and over-the-top storyline that Marvel has produced, which at the time were cool and have since then...lost their lustre, shall we say. Frank acts as our voice, pointing out all the dumbness and trying his best to speed up the stories (or as he puts it "have all of us two years of putting up with this crap") . But it's also a fun and laugh-out-loud book, and makes you revisit the terrible past and enjoy the silver lining of them - because these stories helped lay the foundation for some amazing ones. 10/10 great comic to read for a fan.
