As you may have noticed, there is an INSANE surge in karma bot posting in our sub as well as many other large subs.

They're pretty easy to identify because they are usually well-known comics which were usually originally posted by their authors who have artist flair. Most of the bots (if not all) have names automatically generated by reddit and follow the format of Name-Name- or Name-Name--. So if it's a well-known comic and the poster doesn't have artist flair, that's a huge red flag.

It is very frustrating and we're going to try different methods to help filter this stuff out, but the most helpful thing you can do is report posts you believe are karma bots. Just mark it as Spam or something.
