Hey, everyone! I’ve seen some people asking about the upcoming con here in San Antonio this weekend as it’ll be their first time here or first con. I’m a SA native and have been to the con before so I can try and help, if anything. One thing I wanted to share, though, (and for some reason was deleted off a Facebook fan forum 😂) is to make sure you’re staying hydrated and healthy if attending. It’s very hot here and humidity makes it even hotter. As of now, it’s predicted to have highs between 99-101° this weekend but with humidity, add on it feeling at least 5 degrees hotter. Cosplayers please just been mindful and (again) stay hydrated and even add electrolytes, if possible. You should be fine inside the expo halls/coliseum because they’ll blast the A/C, but of course just take care of yourselves. Personally, I’m gonna try to stick to short sleeves and shorts. If you’re from TX or parts of the south then you already know how it is! 🤣
