Why are Marvel Digital Releases the same price as Physical Releases?

It just occurred to me. The reason why the Marvel books are a dollar more is because they come bundled with a digital code for a digital copy for the book right? Then why aren't at least their digital releases a dollar less? Has anyone ever asked a Marvel rep this?
