My daughter and I went to the comic book store yesterday and she seems to enjoy comics. She likes superheroes and we were looking at Fantastic Four Back in Blue. We settled though on Tiny Titans and Lil Vampi.
I want to get a series that we can enjoy together, but I worry about appropriateness. I was thinking about the above-named FF series? I would also like there to be at least one strong female hero. X-Men, which I like, is probably out because they have about 8 different books each month. My budget isn't that high for something that she may stay interested in past July, and it'd be harder to keep up. Ideally, I am starting with a one or two book a month arc.
