"When I was around 7 or 8 years old, my parents purchased a copy of The Dark Knight Returns for me. All they knew was that I loved Batman, and they thought I would enjoy it. However, they had no idea about the mature themes and content within the story. I mean, it was Batman, how bad could it be? It completely blew my young mind. So, I was wondering, have you ever received a book as a gift or purchased one as a child, that you probably shouldn't have?"
My uncle gave me The Killing Joke when I was 6 years old. He didn’t know better, he just knew I was obsessed with Batman
