So my water is completely out, like nothing from the faucets, the toilets are not flushing - is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Water was working fine last night and early this morning but has been off now for 8 hours or so. I can’t contact anyone at city of Columbia water and sewage and their emergency contact line just hangs up on me automatically. I can’t get on to the website to check to see if I have an overdue bill because it says my account has been disabled, but it’s been disabled for a few months now but every time I’ve called they tell me my balance is paid and they can’t tell me why my account is disabled. Anybody’s water also not working? This is concerning as I hav family coming in from out of state today.
