How reliable is the internet provided in Columbia Residential Apartments for you?

Iām at 500 W 122nd St, and my internet drops at least once a day. Then it randomly comes back anywhere from 2-20 minutes later.
Iām wondering if this is an isolated issue and I should put in a trouble-ticket for repairs, or if this is pretty standard for everyone else.
