I faxed an Archived Scores Request to the College Board—How do I know if they received it?

Post Body

So the title pretty much describes my inquiry, but I'm just wondering if there is a for-sure way to find out whether or not they received my fax. I can't currently call them, as they only have Monday through Friday business hours (which I guess I understand, but like, customer service for a service which helps you get into college should probably have open hours).

I'm already pissed at their Stone-Age approach to records and requests (took the tests in 2017 and they're sitting in a warehouse somewhere now? Like cloud and multi-terabyte and larger storage doesn't exist in 2023?). I called to see if they have ANY way to at least unofficially tell me any of my scores, and they said they can't even see what tests I took or on what date in their system. Just a record that I'm an AP student. Furthermore, the only way to request archived scores is by a form that you have to download, print, and then either mail or fax? Again—IT'S 2023. If you're too broke to afford for someone to make a web form for you, Google Forms exists. The icing on the cake is the fact that after waiting 3-5 business days for them to even RECEIVE your request (via mail, no clue for fax), it takes at least 15 business days for them to find and mail your scores? Okay, fine, whatever, so you can have them send it to the school with expedited shipping, right? NOPE. They won't do it. Not can't, WON'T. Because apparently this is 1800 and the ONLY way is to have someone take a horse and buggy to get it delivered, after some nameless warehouse guy trots around the building for 15 business days (21 real days) with his lantern trying to see if your papers even exist.

I'm trying so hard not to whine about it, but it's been a bitch to get my login information, and customer support gives conflicting answers that the next person you talk to says are wrong. I'm desperately trying to enroll for my local college's summer term, but can't until I know what classes I may have tested out of. The difference between me starting in 6 weeks versus 6 months could literally come down to some dude in a warehouse, and whether they have a working fax machine.

With that having been said, I'll return back to my original question: Is there a way I can know for sure that they even GOT my fax? I sent it today (Saturday) which means they're not in the office, and I'm not sure if someone needs to be there to hit "receive". My fax machine at work didn't advise whether or not it was received, only that it was sent.
