How do you find the motivation to complete a long paper on a topic you hate??

I have 20-page paper due in a few weeks and I absolutely DREAD the assigned topic. Also, I have to read a lot of dry and dense theory to prepare research for it. How do I not suffer? And how do I compose the right attitude to approach it and complete it? It's in a subject that I absolutely dread as well. I'm completely demotivated in this moment and I feel like this will only become worse as I sit for hours (and maybe days?) on end to complete it. Please help🙏 🙏
