Incoming freshman here. I'll be flying to my college later this month, and the hardest thing for me personally (I think) is STAYING HEALTHY. This long gap between exiting high school and starting college this fall has made me realize how difficult controlling your diet is. I haven't even left for college yet, and staying at home the whole day, I end up consuming all sorts of junk food (Oreos, chocolates, fries, you name it) even though I could clearly just have a fruit or a drink.
I don't want to be like some of the college students I've seen before who end up living off of Cheetos and chocolates the whole day.
All the college students out there. What's your advice for me? I appreciate your help and thanks in advance!!
