Signs of the collapse all around us; including today on Christmas Eve Day. My wife and I had some last second grocery shopping on our to-do list; which included picking up several baking staples such as icing sugar, molasses, meringue powder and tapioca flour...

Every grocery store we went to (and we went to three of them) were completely sold out of all 4 of those baking essentials. Signs of the collapse, perhaps? Is this our food supply dwindling down to nothing before 2020? Or just some happy bakers this holiday season?
