So how cold do you get your shower?

When I started this journey I was showering in 16 c 60f. Then went down to 14c 57f and before the summer I was in for 3-5min in 12c 53f. Under the summer the shower didn’t go under 14c/57f now back to normal and in the winter it will go down to 8c/46f How cold do you want the shower and how cold can you get it? The benefits of the showers have made me decide to never stop 🥰😊
