Well after 6 months of nothing but cold showers, I ended up getting flu with a slight bronchitis infection. I had chills while I was taking my medication. My body was telling me 'NO COLD SHOWERS'. So for the entire week, I only did warm showers until I was fully over the flu.
After I felt better, I'm back to taking cold showers but the water feels warm to me. Strange because it's as cold as it can possibly can be.
So I guess it does get somewhat easier to take cold showers after you've been doing it a while. Now I need to add some type of meditation while I'm doing the shower. Any suggestions on what to focus on?
