I'm really happy I started cold showers back in November. Since taking cold showers, I wanted to list the things that I have noticed:

• I haven't gotten sick one day
• I use to get nasal infections same time every year, but not now
• My skin is super soft
• A recurrent ganglion cyst is easy to pop on my wrist/very little pain
• My skin is tighter so I feel like I've had a face lift/body lift.. lol
• I've lost 23 lbs (Thru fasting mostly)
• My cold tolerance is amazing.. I don't need heavy coats in cold weather
• I haven't had to clean my shower because there is no mildew buildup!
• I'm 100% awake after
• Went from jumping out of my skin 1st time to just a flinch now
• Its odd now but I don't have reactions quite as severe to sharp pains
• Blood Pressure/Cholesterol/BMI - Super low
• My sex life is amazing :) :) :)

I feel that cold showers for me is better than taking a flu shot. When I tell people to start, they always have an excuse. It just confirms, people would rather have an internal body part removed rather than endure cold showers.
