People Would Rather Have An Internal Organ Removed Rather Than Take A Cold Shower
Post Body

I was watching a YouTube video about cold showers last night and the guy made this statement. I find it absolutely true because everyone I even mention a cold shower to, there seems to be so many different excuses:

  • Are you serious?
  • I could never take a cold shower!
  • I will wait until the summer when it's warm.
  • Warm showers are my only piece of comfort and it relaxes me.
  • I will get a cold if I take a cold shower.

I'm not trying to convince people to take a cold shower anymore because if they don't want to make a change, then there is nothing I can say.

I've been doing cold showers for:

  • 9,849,600 seconds
  • 164,160 minutes
  • 2736 hours
  • 114 days
  • 16 weeks and 2 days
  • 31.23% of a common year (365 days)

Does it get any easier? I wouldn't say that. I would describe it as something that is tolerated and something that I don't forward to.
