Cold Showers and Now Adding Fasting

Continuing on my cold showers for over a month now, I've decided to add an additional element to my routine. I absolutely hate fasting and going without food. Instead of thinking "I Can't" my attitude is now "I Can" because of my cold shower routine. I'm starting out fasting 1 day a week on Thursdays. It is going to be tough but there are just as many benefits in fasting as there is in taking cold showers. Anyone else out there fasting also? Any recommendations on how you deal with the hunger?
