When I have cold showers, anything that I do after that ,which makes me hot, makes my skin itch like crazy. During the cold shower itself, I am fine so I don’t think it is cold urticaria. However, my skin does get red when I get these itching fits. It happens whenever I am hot, whether that is exercise or if it’s a hot day. I even get it in hot showers when I start having hot showers again. This can even happen after no cold exposure for that entire day, just straight into the hot shower, I itch. When I have hot showers only, my skin is fine, I adapt to the hot showers in 3-4 days and then I am fine again, but whenever I go back into cold showers again, this happens. Does anyone also experience this and can anyone offer advice.
