I can only shower at night (19:00-21:00)and not in the morning and due to being too cold and having an adrenaline rush I struggle to sleep. I sleep at 23:00 but end up lying there awake for a while, Is there any way to stop this like maybe having my cold shower first and then hot. I thought this but I donโt know if it takes away some benefits. Anyone who can provide a solution will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Iโm not able to shower early because it wakes my family up, my siblings need to use the bathroom too, it ruins my sleep schedule and I workout later do other things so it is cleaner for me to do it later.
