So I did realize automating part of this would be more efficient. So I did create a 7 step welcome sequence for leads with follow ups 2 days in between. Goal is to add 30 people to the list 5x a week and continue to nurture until they take me up on my offer or unsubscribe. First email has about a 30% open rate.
