Cant get into my account

Recently got a new phone and when i try to log in, it says i need the 2fa code, which is fine since i have 2fa on, but since i got a new phone i need to add coinspot to my 2fa app, which i cant do unless i have the token code thing, which i can only get when logged into coinspot.
