Need help with grading and value - 1908S Indian Head penny

When my mom passed away I inherited her small collection which 50% was my grandpa and the other half was her finds being a bank teller for 35 years.
This 1908S is one she found in a bag of pennies. If someone can give me a rough grade and value and if it would be worth sending off to be graded?
