Does ADHD -always- effect IQ testing?

Does ADHD always effect IQ testing? If someone has a pretty consistent cognitive profile, is this solid evidence against their diagnosis ? I have been diagnosed with adhd , and I’ve been told it’s rather severe. Nonetheless, my scores in cognitive testing are rather consistent.

On the CAIT I got 127,130, and 132 on the sub indexes, 132 for CPI. On the symbol search I get anywhere from 15ss to 19ss. I got 16ss on digit span the first time. I’m assuming my minimum score for the CPI. I don’t retake tests except the symbol search which I just find genuinely fun lol

Is this evidence against my diagnosis? Or is the manifestation of adhd varied enough that it didn’t have any effect on my test taking whatsoever?
