In the trailer we see June has a arm in a sling :
I have a few theories
A. It's an injury sustained in the shooting or when June fell to the ground to protect Emma.
B. It's caused by whoever is in the truck following June on the road. It doesn't look like in this shot she has the cast just yet.
I think the scene where we see June writhing in pain is the consequence of this injury.
