Tonight I've gone for a mint julep but the older pre whisky variety. This ones inspired by David Wondrich's recipe using brandy, in this case armagnac and a dash of high proof Jamaican rum. Start with a good bunch of mint muddled together with brown sugar. Add the brandy, no set amount just as much or as little as you'd dare, stir with ice, top of with a spoon of rum. Serve with a as much mint as you can fit in your glass and enjoy. AS its spooky season I'd thought I'd show off one of my bloody awesome tiki too... Chchchkakakaka
