Mai tai

Nothing fancy, nothing over the top just fancied a good old classic mai tai.
2oz aged rum 1/2oz dry Curaçao 3/4oz lime juice 1/2oz ogreat 1/4oz simple syrup Barspoon overproof rum
Shake all ingredients apart from overproof dark rum, strain over ice, top with overproof dark rum, hampdens goes really well. Serve with a mint garnish, DO NOT FORGET THE MINT!
