Tips on making a martini
Post Body
I've tried to make a martini twice, with the ratio of 2:1 of tanqueray and martini & rossi extra dry. Both times, it tasted horrible. I have tried both by themselves and I enjoyed them both. What am I doing wrong that made the taste really bad?
EDIT: The vermouth is only 2 or 3 weeks old, straight out of the fridge. The ice is made from filtered water, and is the same ice I used to mix other drinks. The glass was chilled.
