The bubbly water

I discovered that I love carbonated water in my cocktails.

So, this summer I tried many brands...and after all that experimentation,

it only came down to two:

(1) Topo Chico

distantly - (2) Shweppes

Ironically, both of these brands are the hardest for me to find around the area.

Do you know of other brands that offer a softer, smaller, tighter bubble taste like these two?

To me, mineragua had a strong mineral taste. It’s like a strong flavored topo. To me they both have a lot of carbonation. They also seem to have big bubbles. I like this when *I’m drinking, since I just dump it over ice and vodka/tequila/gin. But when making cocktails I prefer to give smaller, more champagne like, bubbles. But I’ve only found what I’m looking for in flavored drinks. My favorite has been this Japanese brand. Idk the name but they have different flavors so far yuzu is the strong winner but the peach was fantastic, I just prefer plain.

I’ve heard a fairy tale of soda reps calibrating soda guns to have smaller/bigger, more/less bubbles.
