2.25 oz gin
0.5 oz Vermouth Blanco (NOT dry vermouth!!)
0.25 oz maraschino liqueur
4 dashes orange bitters
Absinthe rinse
Stir in a mixing glass, strain into a chilled coupe (or Nick & Nora) and garnish with an expressed orange peel and a Luxardo cherry.
Note: I use a small spray bottle with Absinthe to do my rinse. I usually spray the glass prior to making the drink, and then hit it again after pouring.
