2 oz Espolon blanco 1.5 oz blood orange juice (i used the super juice method) .5 oz lemon juice (i used the super juice method) .5 oz cardamom black pepper rich simple A few sprigs of mint Sparkling water to top

Add everything but the sparkling water to a shaker along with ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint.

Name inspired by the mint (from my garden) and the blood orange (preserved from the winter via super juice method). I’m from New York and a fan of theater, so the name came to me. Drink thrown together with what i had on hand.
